Organisational Awareness

This capability area provides an understanding of how the department, the APS and the broader government system operate.

Digital and Technical

This capability area comprises technical expertise, quality standards, data literacy, digital capability and continuous professional learning required at the workplace.

Time Required

This diagnostic takes approximately 5-8 minutes to complete. You will answer 31 questions across the five capability areas.
